When the service is needed
- A new product or range is planned for the Vietnamese market.
- Evidence under UN Regulation No. 43, when applicable exists, but its relevance and scope require review.
- A product family and representative sample must be defined.
- A change may affect testing, certification documentation, markings or COP.

- Glazing list and intended vehicle positions.
- Construction, material, thickness, colour, dimensions and markings.

Risks identified and reduced
The review helps identify grouping glazing with materially different constructions, overlooking the installation position, relying on an approval extension that does not cover the product or selecting an unrepresentative sample, reducing avoidable repeat work and late documentation changes. UNECE evidence is reviewed case by case and is not presented as automatically accepted in Vietnam.
